ASPI's Women in Defence and Security Network is delighted to invite you to attend an in-conversation with Assistant Secretary General (ASG) Michèle Coninsx, Executive Director of the Counter-Terrorism Executive Directorate.  

ASG Coninsx is one of the two most senior counter‑terrorism officials in the United Nations system, working directly to the Security Council. She is the first woman to fill this role.

The in-conversation with ASG Coninsx will discuss women’s leadership in multilateral institutions and in the national security sector, as well as key trends and challenges in global terrorism.  

ASPI's WDSN is a forum to support the career development of women in the defence and security community. 

A drinks and canape reception will conclude the event.
