Global Powers Masterclass: Prospects for Peace or Conflict in 2019

A more inward-looking United States, greater international diffusion of power, increasingly militarised foreign policy, and shrinking space for multilateralism and diplomacy are now common features of the international order.

The ASPI Global Powers masterclass is a half-day intensive event that will give participants a strategic overview of the prospects for peace and/or conflict in 2019 between the major powers: Russia, China and the United States.

Following individual presentations from speakers, each representing a specific global power, presenters will then come together for an interactive panel discussion with the audience.
