Tracy was a research intern at ASPI.

Tracy holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of International Security Studies from the Australian National University. She also completed an exchange semester at Yonsei University in South Korea under the New Colombo Plan, a signature initiative of the Australian Government.

Her research interests include Australia’s strategic priorities in the Indo-Pacific, South Korean soft power diplomacy, and the intersection of culture, politics and security in Thailand.
