Dr Tim Grice is an Honorary Senior Research Fellow at the Centre for Social Responsibility in Mining and the founding Director of Leapfrog International.
Tim is a natural resource governance specialist with broader experience in the design and delivery of social performance and international development programs across Asia Pacific, South America and Africa.
Tim also lived and worked in PNG for six years leading Newcrest Mining Limited’s Sustainable Development Department at the Lihir Gold Mine, where he led a department of 120 people focused on all aspects of the mine's sustainable development programme.
Tim has also worked for JKTech, the commercialisation arm of The University of Queensland’s Sustainable Minerals Institute, and in consulting roles for Deloitte and Prospect Consulting. Tim holds a PhD in organisational psychology from the University of Queensland and is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and the World Future Society.
