Teesta Prakash was an analyst at the International Cyber Policy Centre where she is leading the Australia-India cyber policy exchange programme.
Previously, she was the inaugural Southeast Asia Research Associate at the Lowy Institute where she worked on developmental finance and aid flows into Southeast Asia, with a special focus on Chinese and Indian infrastructure financing into SE Asia.
She holds a PhD in International Relations from Griffith Asia Institute, her thesis explored Australia-India strategic relations during the Cold War. Teesta also holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from the Australian National University.
She writes extensively on Indian Foreign and Tech Policy, Southeast Asia and the Indo-Pacific.
