Simon Norton joined ASPI in January 2016 working on the Strategic Policing and Law Enforcement Program. Prior to joining ASPI, Simon was a Junior Policy Associate at the China Studies Centre at the University of Sydney, and spent several years working in anti-money laundering, counter-terrorism financing, and sanctions in the banking and financial services industry. Simon holds a Master of International Security from the University of Sydney, postgraduate qualifications in international relations and commercial law, a Bachelor of Commerce, and is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist.
