Louisa is the International Cyber Policy Centre Program Coordinator.
In 2018, Louisa graduated with First Class Honours from the University of Sydney in the discipline of Chinese Studies, where she researched Chinese Communist Party rhetoric about women from 1950 to 1962.
Prior to working at ASPI, Louisa was the Project Officer at China Matters, a public policy initiative that aims to stimulate a realistic and nuanced discussion of the People’s Republic of China within Australia.
Previously, Louisa was a Research Assistant at the American Chamber of Commerce in Sydney and a Production Intern with Hack on Triple J.
Louisa is currently studying a Master of National Security Policy degree at the Australian National University, as the inaugural Office of National Intelligence - National Security College Scholarship holder.
