Larissa Joseph was an editor for The Strategist, ASPI’s commentary and analysis site. Before joining ASPI, she worked as a freelancer and as senior editor at a US-based law firm and a Canberra-based publishing company. She has edited books, monographs, white papers, reports and articles by authors in Africa, Asia, Australia, South America, the UK and the US. She has extensive editing experience in a range of policy areas, including defence, economics, foreign affairs, national security, policing and trade.

Larissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Classical Studies (summa cum laude) from the University of Pennsylvania. She was accredited as an editor by Australia’s Institute of Professional Editors in 2008.
