Emily Williams is the administration officer and research assistant for the International Cyber Policy Centre. She has a Bachelor degree in Politics and International Relations, and is currently completing a Masters degree in International Affairs with King’s College London. She has previously worked for the FCDO at the British Embassy in Beijing.
