Defence must face a tougher scrutiny

The Government has been lax in applying 'normal standards' of accountability to Australian Defence Force employees and military personnel. Mark Thomson wrote in the Sydney Morning Herald that Defence planners have 'forgone a Holden for a Ferrari, only to get a Leyland P76'.
